HRALWAYS is a 13-year-old recruitment firm specializing in Manufacturing, CA firms, Legal firms, Real Estate, and Architecture/Interior companies. We are now pivoting towards Leadership Hiring mandates (50 Lacs and above) with a premium qualitative recruitment approach.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Fractional CHRO to partner with HRALWAYS in driving Leadership Hiring assignments and securing RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) clients. This is a strategic, revenue-sharing role designed for senior HR leaders who bring strong networks and proven client acquisition capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Hiring Mandates:
- Leverage CXO-level networks to bring in leadership hiring assignments (50 Lacs+ roles).
- Ensure mandates are consistently acquired month-on-month.
- Partner with HRALWAYS team to push closures, especially if hiring slows down, is put on hold, or needs acceleration.
RPO Client Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard organizations seeking long-term RPO partnerships.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure HRALWAYS is positioned as a premium recruitment partner.
Closure & Billing Involvement:
- Actively engage in the recruitment process until closure.
- Ensure billing is cleared quickly post-closure by coordinating with clients.
- Operate through HRALWAYS official email ID for all client communication.
Candidate Profile:
- Senior HR leader with 15+ years of experience in HR leadership, talent acquisition, or business development.
- Fractional CHROs, Full-time CHROs, or Retired CHROs with strong industry networks are welcome.
- Proven ability to bring recruitment assignments and RPO contracts.
- Strong negotiation, client management, and closure skills.
Compensation:
- Revenue-sharing model: 10% monthly billing done by you in company.
- Ongoing partnership not one-time billing.
