Fractional CMO / Head of Marketing (Co-Founder Option)

About the Role

Lead marketing strategy and execution for a two-sided marketplace connecting companies across Europe with fractional C-suite executives. This fractional or co-founder opportunity will shape the platform's positioning, growth, and community from an early stage.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and positioning for companies seeking fractional talent and leaders exploring this way of working.

• Build thought leadership and credibility around fractional C-suite work as an alternative to traditional employment.

• Acquire and onboard companies through targeted outreach and conversion strategies.

• Recruit and onboard senior leaders who want to make fractional engagements their preferred work model.

• Drive growth through word of mouth, community building, and trust-based marketing.

• Plan and oversee marketing channels, content strategy, and community activities for both sides of the marketplace.

What We're Looking For

• Four to eight years of relevant experience building go-to-market strategies and executing them.

• Experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, or category-defining businesses, including demand generation and user acquisition for two-sided or network-effect products.

• Strong skills in positioning, brand strategy, thought leadership, and community building.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on approach in an early-stage environment.

• Familiarity with European markets and the professional services landscape is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $70,000 to $500,000 USD annually. A co-founder option is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.
