The Franchise Development & Implementation Specialist is responsible for driving strategic partner growth while supporting the successful onboarding, launch, and early operational implementation of new ProColor franchisees. As a key member of the sales and operations teams, the ideal candidate will identify and secure new Strategic Partners, manage prospective shop relationships, coordinate the franchise vetting and approval process, and support the transition from signed agreement through onboarding, branding, training, and launch readiness.
The Franchise Development & Implementation Specialist will play an integral role in driving franchise growth objectives while ensuring franchisees are aligned with ProColor brand standards, vendor programs, operational expectations, and network growth initiatives. This position requires strong relationship-building capabilities, automotive industry expertise, and the ability to understand and communicate Fix Network’s value proposition.

Job Duties
Business Development and Strategic Partner Growth
- Responsible for driving strategic partner growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new franchise opportunities within the ProColor network.
- Primary point of contact for new and prospective shops throughout the business development and evaluation process.
- Builds and maintains relationships with distributors, referral partners, vendors, and other lead sources.
- Meets frequently and presents the ProColor and Fix Network value proposition to prospective partners and stakeholders.
- Attends trade shows and industry events to represent ProColor and support network growth initiatives.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends, market developments, and expansion opportunities to identify new market segments.
- Franchise Vetting and Approval
- Coordinates the vetting process for each prospective franchisee from initial evaluation through final panel approval.
- Assesses protective territories for contracts to maximize network growth opportunities.
- Manages shop status in FMS and ensures all required documentation is completed and maintained.
- Manages inquiries related to ProColor, including referrals, leads, and prospective business opportunities.
Franchise Onboarding and Launch Support
- Supports franchise onboarding, training, account activations, and launch readiness activities.
- Leads franchise handoff and kick-off processes from agreement execution through launch.
- Serves as a key point of contact for franchisees throughout onboarding and implementation.
- Conducts franchisee operations training and field visits as required.
- Provides operational support to franchisees and regional leadership teams during launch and integration.
Branding, Vendor Alignment, and Network Implementation
- Coordinates branding requirements, including photography, measurements, mock-ups, and renovation-related activities.
- Works directly with Marketing and Design teams to support branding and advertising initiatives.
- Reviews and audits repair facilities for compliance with franchise and brand standards.
- Promotes compliance with approved vendor programs and network initiatives.
- Introduces franchisees to paint line representatives and ensures vendor compliance requirements are met.
- Supports implementation of preferred provider programs to maximize franchise participation.
Franchisee Health and Continuous Improvement
- Conducts and supports field visits to promote operational compliance and franchisee success.
- Assists in developing franchise health initiatives focused on improving profitability and network performance.
- Conducts franchise reviews to identify operational opportunities and share best practices.
- Provides training, support, and oversight related to key franchisee performance metrics (KPIs).
- Participates in Operations team meetings to support growth initiatives, implementation progress, and strategic planning.
- Collaborates with fleet stakeholders to support national fleet initiatives and opportunities.
Training and Franchise Development
- Sets expectations and develops roadmaps for achieving I-CAR Gold Certification within established timelines.
- Provides in-person and virtual training support to franchisees.
- Assists franchisees in understanding SOPs, management systems, vendor expectations, and brand standards.
Administrative and Project Responsibilities
- Manages implementation of network initiatives using project management tools and methodologies.
- Maintains accurate records related to business development, onboarding, branding, launch readiness, and franchise support activities.
- Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with collision repair, franchise operations, business development, or network expansion experience.
- Proven experience and success in business development.
- Progressive experience within the collision repair industry preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to effectively conduct presentations and represent ProColor at meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Experience delivering training in both field and virtual environments.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Design, Vendors, and Regional Leadership teams.

- Travel outside the assigned region may be required.
