What you'll do

• Identify and target potential franchisees and Hospitality through market research, networking, and digital outreach for Laundromat.
• Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to generate leads.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualification calls to assess potential franchisee interest and suitability.
• Present franchise opportunities through compelling presentations and detailed proposals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to signing the franchise agreement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to new franchisees during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and finance) to ensure a seamless transition for new franchises.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes in the Laundromat industry.
• Use market insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline status.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Professional laundromat, Franchise laundromat Development, Sales Strategy, or Business Model Development.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies and commercial models that drive growth and achieve sales objectives.
• Strong understanding of the operational and back-end processes of professional & franchise laundromat businesses.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business proposal preparation.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory, both written and spoken.
