- Description: Our client is a leading medium-sized, rapidly expanding company in the field of Food & Beverage (F&B). We are seeking a seasoned, growth-oriented Franchise Manager to spearhead brand expansion plans across regional and international markets, driving strategic franchise development and partner relationships from inception to launch. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement end-to-end regional and international franchise expansion strategies across restaurants and multi-unit food chains.
- Identify, prospect, evaluate, and select prospective franchisees, master franchise partners, and regional developers.
- Lead the negotiation of franchise agreements, territorial development contracts, and fee structures in coordination with legal and executive leadership.
- Manage the full onboarding, launch, and opening process for new franchise locations, ensuring operational readiness and schedule adherence.
- Uphold rigorous brand standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), product consistency, and food quality controls across all franchise partners.
- Partner with franchisees to review P&L statements, operational performance metrics, and sales growth, implementing remedial plans when targets are missed.
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence and feasibility studies across target countries to assess consumer demand, competitive landscapes, and supply chain viability.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) as a minimum requirement.
- Experience: 20+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated mastery as a Franchise Manager leading territorial and multi-market expansion plans within F&B, restaurant networks, and food chains.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Compensation: Competitive market rate commensurate with senior-level experience.
