Franchise Support Coordinator

Senior Support SpecialistWe are looking for a Senior Support Specialist to play a key operational role in supporting our franchise system. This position blends franchise support with hands-on logistics, inventory, menu management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both hands-on operational work and computer-based tasks.Core Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Lead franchise support through onboarding and ongoing operational inquiries.
• Manage inventory and invoicing for smallwares and related materials.
• Oversee packaging and shipping operations, including preparing items for shipment and tracking.
• Conduct financial reconciliation tied to shipped goods and inventory.
• Coordinate menu updates including:
• Proofing menu content for accuracy and error prevention.
• Alerting and aligning internal cross-functional teams around deadlines and impacts.
• Support documentation and process changes to improve the franchise experience.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues requiring senior operational judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Japanese a plus
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to lift and handle items up to 50 pounds regularly as part of packaging and logistics tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with experience in logistics, inventory, or operations support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
