Frankfurt Investment Banking Internship - April 2027
You will support deal teams on live mergers and acquisitions transactions for a three-month internship. You will perform financial due diligence, research, analysis, and transaction documentation; prepare pitch materials, information memorandums, and management presentations; identify potential M&A and financing opportunities; and work alongside Analysts, Associates, and Vice Presidents across sector teams.
Responsibilities
- Support deal teams on live transactions
- Perform financial due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation for potential and live transactions
- Draft pitch materials, information memorandums, management presentations, and other communications
- Identify potential M&A and financing situations
- Perform the functions of a full-time analyst
- Work with Analysts, Associates, and Vice Presidents
- Gain exposure to Healthcare, Consumer Products and Services, and Services and Industrials sector teams
Requirements
- Exceptional academic credentials from a top-tier institution
- Completed or ongoing bachelor's or master's degree in any subject
- General understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English and German
- Fluency in another European language is highly desired
