Fraud Risk Strategy Expert
You will monitor fraud risk throughout the customer lifecycle and identify emerging risk patterns. You will own risk controls end to end, continuously optimize risk strategies, and develop risk management techniques for different geographies. You will use data and quantitative analysis to assess risk, make decisions affecting large customer segments, implement risk-monitoring feedback loops, and track strategy metrics through dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor fraud risk throughout the customer lifecycle and detect emerging risk patterns
- Own end-to-end risk controls and continuously optimize risk strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data Science, and Engineering stakeholders to develop risk management strategies for different geographies
- Use data and quantitative analysis to assess risk and associated trade-offs
- Develop and implement risk-monitoring and feedback-loop frameworks
- Track strategy data metrics through dashboards
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor degree or 5+ years of experience with a Master degree in risk management policies and strategies
- Deep understanding of fraud risk management and strategy across multiple fraud areas
- Understanding of data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis techniques
- Written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with SQL and risk rule writing engines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
