Brand Project Coordinator/ Account Manager – 3-month contract
About the Role:
Ogilvy Sydney is looking for part-time account management support for an opportunity, supporting our client with the final stages of key brand, campaign and operational work through to the end of December 2026.
This role would suit an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who is available to start ASAP and commit to three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate consumer testing for research projects, including materials, timelines and approvals.
- Support new product launches through artwork coordination and administrative tasks.
- Support media and creative implementation, completing the remaining 2026 deliverables and coordinating implementation of the 2027 plans.
- Coordinate influencer activity, with scope to be confirmed.
- Coordinate the rollout of e-commerce assets and website updates.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines and deliverables across internal cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Follow up with stakeholders, manage competing priorities and keep projects moving across agency and client teams.
Experience & Skills:
- Experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level, ideally with FMCG, beauty, integrated campaign or e-commerce experience.
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
- Comfortable working in a secondment-style arrangement, building relationships with both client and agency stakeholders.
- Confident following up with stakeholders, managing timelines and keeping deliverables on track.
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
