Salary: Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month

About the role

DIVINE is seeking a Freelance Business Analyst based in Semarang to handle one application development project.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering directly at the client location, with an estimated 10 onsite visits during the project

• Gather, organize, and document business needs into a Business Requirements Document (BRD)

• Explain requirements to developers and help answer questions during development

• Ensure development results align with agreed-upon requirements

About you

• Based in Semarang and willing to conduct onsite visits

• Experienced in preparing BRD or system requirements documents

• Able to communicate clearly with business users and development teams

• Detail-oriented in documenting process flows, business rules, and requirement changes
