About the Role

We are looking for an Electrcial BIM Specialists with hands-on Revit production experience. This opportunity is designed for professionals who actively model Electrcial systems on a daily basis — not coordinators, managers, or reviewers whose primary focus is overseeing the work of others.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
Regularly model electrical systems in Revit.
Have delivered installation-ready or fabrication-oriented electrical models (LOD 400).
Understand electrical systems through direct modeling experience, including conduits, cable trays, panels, lighting, branch circuits, low-voltage systems, and power distribution.
Use Navisworks for clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination workflows.
Can communicate comfortably in English during meetings, project discussions, and written communication.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on electrical BIM modeling experience in Revit production environments.
Revit Drawings skills (managing view templates, creating clean and complex drawings)
Modeling of conduit or cable tray systems in mid-big size projects. Usage of parameters for filtering or schedules.
LOD 400 delivery experience, including fabrication-oriented or installation-ready electrical models. Candidates whose experience is limited to LOD 300–350 coordination models are unlikely to be a fit.
Active Navisworks experience, including clash detection, issue management, and coordination reporting with other trades.
Strong understanding of electrical systems such as power distribution, branch circuits, lighting, conduit, cable tray, and low-voltage systems.
Professional English communication skills for meetings, coordination calls, and project emails. (Upper-Intermediate)
