Freelance Full Stack Developer — AI Data Platform (FinTech) | Hybrid, Milan
We're looking for a Freelance Full Stack Developer to join a fast-growing AI company building a data intelligence platform for the financial sector. The team values real ownership and fast execution - you'll build end-to-end and have a direct say in product and architecture decisions. Hybrid presence in Milan required.
What you'll do:
- Build across the full stack — React/Next.Js interfaces, backend APIs, and database layer (Postgres/Supabase)
- Work with AI agents and LLM-based features integrated into the core product
- Take ownership of features from concept to production, contributing to architecture decisions
- Collaborate with product and engineering on new functionality
Must-haves:
- 3+ years (ideally 5+) of end-to-end full stack development
- Strong React/Next.Js + TypeScript
- Backend/API design and implementation
- Postgres or Supabase experience
- Cloud deployment experience (GCP, Vercel)
- C1 English
- Based in or near Milan, available for hybrid work
Nice-to-haves:
- AI/ML concepts, LLM integrations
- Financial services background
- Experience with heterogeneous data processing
