[Freelance/Hybrid Work] System Analyst (Software Solutions – Government Clients)

Job description

We are hiring a System Analyst [Freelance/Hybrid Work]

Work day: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 17.30

Location : Kongboonma Building (Silom – Head Office)

Job Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements to design, develop, and implement effective technical solutions and complex software applications.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SRS, ER Diagrams, System Flows, and technical manuals for future development.
- Design APIs using JSON and Postman; perform advanced data querying (PostgreSQL/Others) with a deep understanding of Data Structures and Stored Procedures.
- Optimize system performance for scalability and efficiency, while implementing security measures to protect against external threats.
- Design and execute Test Scenarios/Cases (SIT to UAT) and conduct debugging to ensure software quality and system reliability.
- Provide technical support and resolve operational issues promptly for both end-users and project teams.
- Manage tasks with Systematic & Logical Thinking, providing technical guidance and negotiation to resolve problems and support the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- At least 2-5 years of experience in a system analyst role

- Having experience in managing external client projects, specifically in B2B or B2G environments

- Solid understanding of database design and SQL development, with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL

- Ability to participate and share knowledge for business process re-engineering, Process control review, and design

- Having experience in Cloud Computing will be an advantage

- Problem solver and strong analytical

- Handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment

- Self-motivated and quickly absorbed

- Knowledge of data modeling and data visualization tools

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

- Familiarity with Government project workflows (B2G), including documentation standards and compliance requirements is a plus

- Hands-on experience using AI for SA tasks and able to systematically verify AI-generated outputs and strictly enforce data security
