Freelance – Printing Technology Industry Expert

Role Overview:
As a Printing Technology Trainer, you will be responsible for the delivery of structured training modules covering management practices, printing operations, post press, and mechanical systems. You will engage with learners through classroom sessions, lab-based practicals, expert mentoring and industry-focused case studies to build competency and align skills with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions across one or more domains: Printing, Pre press, Post press, Mechanical Systems, or Leadership Practices.
Conduct theory and practical modules, including demonstrations and workflow integration.
Train participants in standards, SOPs, and troubleshooting techniques.
Guide learners on emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, AR/VR, IoT, Industry 4.0) relevant to the printing industry.
Support skill assessment, reporting, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience in Printing / Publishing / Packaging / Mechanical Systems.
Strong knowledge of colour management, quality standards, workflow integration, process optimization and maintenance.
Ability to conduct hands-on training and practical demonstrations.
Prior training or mentoring experience preferred.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
