We are seeking a dedicated Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals looking to work from home while contributing to our recruitment efforts across India. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. You will work closely with our team to understand the specific hiring needs of our clients and ensure that we attract the best talent available. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication. - Collaborate with our team to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies based on market trends and client needs. - Provide insights and recommendations based on your understanding of the tech industry and recruitment best practices. Required Skills: - Proven experience in recruiting, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to source candidates effectively and conduct thorough interviews. - Familiarity with various job portals and recruitment tools. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - A mature and responsible approach to managing recruitment tasks.
