Digital Talent Partner is a recruiting agency that places senior engineers at fast-growing US tech startups — AI, defense tech, developer tools, and healthcare companies backed by top-tier investors. We're growing the recruiting team itself, and we're looking for freelance recruiters based in Latin America to help us fill live US tech roles.
The role
You'll own searches end to end — sourcing, outreach, screening, and submission — working fully remotely on a pay-per-placement model. Compensation is simple and transparent: a flat $6,000 USD commission for every placement you close. No base salary, no caps, no ambiguity. You must have prior US recruiting experience and be fluent in English.
What you'll do
- Source and engage candidates for US software engineering roles
- Run screening calls and qualify candidates against each role's must-haves
- Manage your pipeline in our Notion-based ATS
- Submit qualified candidates and coordinate through client interviews to offer
- Keep enough overlap with US time zones for candidate and client calls
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting software engineers for startups
- Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Juicebox
- Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow
Compensation & logistics
- $6,000 USD flat commission per placement
- Freelance / independent contractor — paid per placement, no base salary
- Fully remote — work from anywhere in Latin America
- Flexible schedule, with overlap for US time zones
