Job Summary
Join Nexbridge Recruitment as a Freelance Recruiter to independently source, screen, and refer candidates for various roles, earning commission on successful placements with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates for job opportunities using diverse channels including personal networks, social media, and referrals
- Share relevant job openings with candidates who match the role requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate suitability based on job criteria
- Maintain ongoing communication with referred candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate with internal teams to update candidate progress and arrange interviews
- Refer qualified candidates who meet the specific requirements of available positions
- Manage your own schedule and work independently to achieve successful candidate placements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- CEI Certified
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective candidate engagement
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to sourcing and networking
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships to expand candidate reach
- Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving placement targets
Other Information
- This is a fully commission-based freelance role with no fixed salary
- Flexible working hours allow you to work according to your own schedule
- Commission payouts are made upon successful candidate placements
