Freelance Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated Freelance Recruiter to join our team, working from the comfort of your home. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for recruitment and a knack for identifying top talent. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and following up with potential hires. You will be expected to generate 5-10 relevant leads daily and post job openings on LinkedIn and other social platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, particularly in the International BPO sector, and must be familiar with job portals such as Times and Shine. Good communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be conducting telephonic interviews and engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere in India, with the potential for daily, weekly, or monthly incentives based on your performance.
