Responsibilities

• Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct sourcing

• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring projects

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process

• Partner closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director

• Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS

• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and talent communities

Requirements

✔ Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential

✔ Ability to source and recruit candidates within Bulgaria

✔ Previous recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience

✔ International recruitment experience is advantageous

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

✔ Excellent organisation, responsiveness and time management

✔ Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices

✔ ATS experience is beneficial

✔ Self-motivated and capable of working independently
