Freelance Recruitment Specialist

About the opportunity:
- Home Mastery SAS is looking for psychology professionals and advanced psychology students with experience in recruitment and personnel selection to support our talent acquisition processes for different positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes and job vacancy postings.
- Review and evaluate candidates’ resumes.
- Identify potential candidates according to position requirements.
- Support candidate sourcing and talent identification.

Requirements:
- Background or studies in Psychology.
- Previous experience in recruitment or personnel selection is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work remotely from anywhere in Colombia.
