Job Summary
We are seeking a Freelance Social Media Manager & Creative to build and grow our online presence by managing social platforms, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth through strategic and creative digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn to increase audience reach and engagement
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals
- Research and apply current social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles to optimize content relevance
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance social media reach, engagement, and audience growth
- Monitor social media performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements to content and campaigns
- Stay updated on social media developments and emerging trends to keep content fresh and competitive
- Generate creative ideas for posts, Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content that resonate with target audiences
- Write compelling captions, hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action to drive user interaction
- Produce engaging and visually appealing content, including short-form videos and basic graphics, to support brand messaging
- Repurpose existing content into various formats and platforms to maximize content utility
- Develop creative campaigns and content series that educate, entertain, and encourage sharing
- Brainstorm and experiment with new content ideas, formats, and creative concepts to continuously improve content strategy
- Help establish and maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all social media channels
- Analyze content performance data to identify successful elements and apply insights to future content development
- Work independently to meet deadlines and proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance social media impact
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools
- Portfolio or examples of previous social media accounts and content created
