About the role
As a Freelance Viewing / Downloader Staff member, you will manage the accurate downloading, organisation, and handling of digital photographs. You will help customers view and select their images while ensuring files are securely transferred, correctly identified, and protected from accidental loss or deletion.
Key responsibilities
Download and organise digital photographs from cameras and designated storage devices.
Verify that images are properly transferred and securely stored.
Assist customers in viewing and selecting their photographs.
Ensure selected images are correctly recorded and identified.
Maintain accurate file organisation and follow company procedures for data handling.
Coordinate with photographers and production staff regarding image files and customer selections.
Handle customer photographs confidentially and prevent accidental deletion or loss of files.
Perform basic troubleshooting of computers, memory cards, and image files when required.
