About the role
Blueberry Eleven Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to assist with IT support, photo viewing, downloading, and organizing digital files. The successful candidate must be computer-literate, able to follow instructions, and capable of completing assigned tasks accurately and within the required deadlines.
Key responsibilities
Provide basic computer and technical support when needed
Troubleshoot minor computer, software, printer, and connectivity issues
Assist with file transfers, storage, and backup of digital files
Report technical problems that require further assistance
View and check photographs from school pictorials and photography assignments
Verify that photo files are complete, clear, and properly organized
Download photos and other assigned digital files from designated platforms or storage locations
Organize files according to the assigned school, client, project, or job order
Maintain proper file naming and folder organization
Maintain the confidentiality of company and client files, especially students' photographs and personal information
About you
Knowledgeable in basic computer operations and IT troubleshooting
Familiar with downloading, transferring, viewing, and organizing digital files
Proficient in using Windows computers and file management tools
Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Willing to meet project deadlines and coordinate with the team
Previous experience in IT support, photo viewing, downloading, or data management is an advantage
