Working Timing: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Working Location: Changi Logistics Centre (Loyang)
Job Scope:
- Co-ordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors
- To keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)
- Handling and processing of all shipping documentation
- Customs declarations
- Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system
- Other related operational duties as required
- Report to Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience Export Sea Freight
- Knowledge of Sysfreight will be an added advantage.
