Dover Services is looking for a motivated, results-driven professional to join our team as a Freight Broker & Inside Sales Representative!

?? What will you do?

Build and maintain relationships with customers and transportation carriers.

Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and transportation rates.

Coordinate shipments and monitor deliveries.

Resolve logistics challenges while delivering outstanding customer service.

Manage shipment documentation and ensure accurate, timely follow-up.

Identify opportunities to develop business and improve results.

?? What are we looking for?

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management.

Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in sales, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related field.

Proficiency with computer-based tools and the ability to learn new systems.

?? What do we offer?

Base salary starting at $25,000 - $27,000 MXN per month, plus performance-based incentives.

Additional incentives: Several current team members earn approximately 3,000-20,000 MXN per month above their base salary through incentives.
