Summary
Coordinates air freight shipments, handles export documentation, and ensures on-time delivery while managing customer and internal team communications.
Execute air export shipment bookings and operational coordination
Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure shipment readiness and schedule compliance
Prepare and process air export documentation including Airway Bills, invoices, and permits
Communicate flight schedules and provide regular updates on freight movement and delivery status
Manage cost submissions, GST billing, and payment follow-ups within agreed timelines
Deliver timely and effective customer support to ensure service excellence
