- Manage shipment coordination and related shipping documentation
- Ensure accuracy of documents to facilitate smooth delivery to customers
- Track shipment status and take action based on pre-alert information
- Work closely with vendors and transport providers to resolve operational issues
- Support special assignments and key operational activities as required
- Coordinate with warehouse vendors and transporters to meet clearance and delivery timelines
