Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment arrangements, ensuring timely and accurate execution of freight operations.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate trucking, warehousing, and last-mile delivery activities to meet customer requirements.
- Verify billing accuracy and support invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update information in the freight management system.
- Liaise closely with customers, operations teams, overseas offices, and service providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping operations.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping processes.
- Experience coordinating with customers, carriers, transport providers, and overseas agents.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with freight management or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
