Job Description

• The Order Management Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, supply planning, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve order issues, manage exceptions, and maintain high service levels. The analyst monitors order flow, validates order accuracy, resolves delivery, inventory, pricing, and system-related issues, analyzes performance metrics, and identifies opportunities for process improvement. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders are essential to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

• C1 English writing and speaking skills
• Advanced French min B2+
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, written and oral
• Detail oriented, sense of urgency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong excel skills
• Assets: SAP knowledge, Analytical skills
