French Customer Service Representative (Aveiro, Braga, Lisbon)

About the Role:
We are looking for French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic teams across Portugal. You will play a crucial role in supporting our French-speaking customer base, ensuring their questions are answered and their issues are resolved with the highest level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in French.
• English language proficiency (B1 or B2 level).
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Must hold a valid EU Passport or Portuguese Residence Permit.
