Position Overview

Are you fluent in French and looking for a hybrid customer service role in Braga? Join a dynamic team as the primary point of contact for a leading consumer credit platform. You will handle incoming and outgoing inquiries, guide clients through financing solutions, and deliver exceptional service within a quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone regarding existing credit accounts and new financing requests.
  
• Analyze customer needs to deliver tailored financing options, providing clarity and reassurance throughout the process.

• Capitalize on commercial opportunities during customer interactions to maximize sales potential.

Requirements

• Language: Native-level or fluent French proficiency.
  
• Skills: Strong analytical ability to assess customer requirements and recommend fitting financial options.
  
• Work Ethic: High level of integrity, rigor, and attention to detail in handling confidential files.
  
• Location: Must be based in or near Braga, Portugal.
  
  • Equipment Note: Candidates within 50 km collect equipment in person at the office; candidates living over 50 km away will have equipment shipped.
    

Compensation & Package

• Base Gross Salary: €930 / month (Paid over 14 months annually)
  
• Welcome Bonus: €2,000 total (Distributed in 12 monthly installments during your first year)
  
• Complexity Bonus: €140.00 / month
  
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
