Your responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting
- Identify issues and guide users through practical solutions
- Provide clear, professional support in French and English
- Deliver a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow established procedures and maintain accurate records
What we're looking for
- Fluency in French and English
- At least 1 year of experience in BPO or technical support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A customer-oriented attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Portugal
