Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Source actively searching for potential candidates to deliver to our clients
- Conduct interviews via phone
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Qualifications
- Good English skills (fluent) + French
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Sourcing skills for several profiles and languages around Europe
- High-energy and passion
- Eager to make money
- Availability to work at least 30h/week
