The job

Start working for an international recruitment and executive search firm operating across Europe and the USA. The company specialises in connecting top talent with leading companies across sectors including Life Sciences, Chemicals, Technical Engineering, Digital, and Finance. They are looking for an ambitious professional that wants to make a career.

As a French speaking Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment process for companies and candidates across France. This is a commercial, relationship-driven role that combines sales, business development, and recruitment. You will become a specialist within your market, building strong relationships with companies and candidates while managing recruitment projects from initial contact through to successful placement. Whether you already have recruitment experience or are looking to build a career in a high-performance sales environment, the company provides comprehensive training and a clear pathway for progression during your time working here.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with companies across the French market

  • Identify new business opportunities and win new company partnerships

  • Source, interview, and qualify candidates for a variety of positions

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management and placement

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines within your specialist market

  • Provide consultative advice to both companies and candidates

  • Negotiate offers and manage recruitment processes effectively

  • Achieve individual and team performance targets

Your qualifications

πŸ’­ Fluent in French and you speak English on a professional level. Speaking additional European languages is an advantage

🀝 Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, customer service, or account management is a plus
