Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and complaints.
• Provide effective solutions and professional advice.
• Support customers through back-office channels.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• French level C1/C2 – mandatory.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Previous customer service, sales, or call centre experience is an advantage.
• Must currently reside in Portugal.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
