About the Position
As a French-speaking Customer Service Agent, you will provide professional and efficient support to customers in French. You will assist customers with their requests, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while working as part of a dynamic team.
Requirements
- C2 or native-level proficiency in French, with excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Must already be residing in Portugal
- Must live within 50 km of the Braga office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Professional and customer-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in French through the available communication channels
- Respond to customer questions and requests professionally and efficiently
- Identify and resolve customer issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex customer cases
- Maintain accurate and professional communication with customers
Important: Candidates must already reside in Portugal and live within 50 km of the Braga office. Candidates requiring relocation or living outside this radius will not be considered.
