French-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Braga, Portugal

We are hiring French-speaking professionals for an on-site Customer Service opportunity in Braga, Portugal.

Location: Braga, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Language: Fluent French
Base salary: €930 gross × 14 payments
Contract duration: 6 months

Additional benefits:

• €2,000 welcome bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year.
• €155 performance bonus per 12 months.

Working schedule:

• Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
• Saturday: 08:00–15:00.
• Sunday and one additional rotating day off.

Requirements:

• Fluent French.
• Currently residing in Portugal.
• Living within 50 km of Braga.
• Comfortable working on-site and following rotational shifts.

Please note:

• Relocation support is not provided.
• Candidates must already be based in Portugal and able to commute to Braga.
