Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking customers, offering exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
• Timely respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and help them realize the benefits of our solutions.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions and suggest improvements within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage upselling opportunities and foster customer engagement.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance the support provided to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or customer success roles is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for aiding customer success.
