About the Role

You will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting customers with their daily online banking activities in a purely supportive capacity—no sales targets involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Provide professional, clear, and empathetic assistance to French-speaking customers via phone and email.
  
• Digital Guidance: Help customers navigate online banking tools, digital services, and platform features.
  
• Account Management: Assist with everyday banking transactions, payment methods, account inquiries, and general procedures.
  
• Quality Assurance: Address inquiries calmly and professionally while maintaining strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
  

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level) in both spoken and written communication.
  
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating digital platforms, banking apps, and general IT tools.
  
• Customer-Centric: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and high attention to detail.
  
• Flexibility: Ability to work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule:
  
  • Shifts: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
    
  • Rest Days: 2 days off per week (Sundays always off, plus one additional rotating weekday).
