French speaking Delivery Consultant – Executive Search - London
Description
A well-established international executive search firm, specialised in energy, infrastructure, transportation and industrial sectors, is looking to hire a Delivery Consultant / Senior Researcher to strengthen its delivery capability.
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for an experienced recruiter who enjoys running complex retained searches and managing multiple assignments in parallel.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of retained search mandates, working closely with Partners who lead client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Managing 8–10 searches simultaneously
Market mapping and talent identification
Candidate outreach, assessment and qualification
Managing candidates throughout the full recruitment process
Preparing high-quality written deliverables and progress updates
Ensuring a smooth, professional and structured search process
Requirements
Proven recruitment experience (executive search or strong contingent background)
Comfortable working autonomously on delivery
Able to manage pressure, deadlines and multiple priorities
Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
Fluent French (full professional proficiency required)
London-based
