French-speaking Sales and Service Client Advisor in Sofia

Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Sales and Service Client Advisors for a growing international project based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your Role

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email and chat in French and English

• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, billing, returns and general service requests

• Deliver a personalised and consistent customer experience on every interaction

• Process orders, returns and refunds using company systems and CRM tools

• Identify sales and upsell opportunities while offering consultative guidance to customers

• Escalate and follow up on complex issues with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

• Maintain accurate customer records and update case notes in the CRM

• Achieve individual and team performance targets, balancing service quality with sales objectives

• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and process enhancement ideas

Your Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent French

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales-focused roles preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions or upgrades

• Comfortable working with CRM systems, ticketing tools and standard office software

• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail, organisation skills and reliability

• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
