Fresh Foods Team Member - Key Holder

Your day-to-day:
As one of the first points of contact for customers entering the store, your role primarily involves greeting customers, offering help in locating items and making any suggestions or recommendations that may be appropriate. Other tasks and duties you may perform include:

Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
Assist with display of merchandise, including replacing and rotating stock.

Assist with inventory management.
Receive and process warehouse stock products.
Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, and lifting devices

As a Keyholder/MOD, your role is to ensure that store operations run smoothly in the absence of a store manager or assistant manager. Additional duties may include but are not limited to:

Resolve customer complaints
Complete Manager on Duty check list
Check and log temperature checks
Inspect and goods for incoming and outgoing shipments, reject damaged goods
Ensure that all cleaning logs are being followed
Support employees with questions or problems that arise
Make end of day deposits
Completing end of night closing lists
Responsible for locking up and setting alarm
Other duties as assigned

What you bring:

Great communication skills
Enthusiasm for informing customers about products and services
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
The ability to stand for extended periods; up to 8 hours per shift
The ability to lift, move or manipulate objects up to 50 lbs
Flexibility in availability, including, working evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts
Experience in a supervisory role is preferred

Pay: $18.10
