Fresh Produce Section Manager

What you'll do

• Organization and management of the section according to daily needs.
• Team management.
• Ensure and control the section's operations; Control and management of orders to suppliers, stock management, carrying out and planning inventories, review and analysis of loss produced in the sections.
• Customer Management: Follow-up to ensure customer loyalty and correct customer service.
• Commercial Management: Ensure the correct implementation, signage, and commercial actions of the section itself.

What we're looking for

• Customer orientation, ability to work in a team, proactivity, and positivism.
• Having a valid driver's license is valued.
• Previous experience managing teams.
• Previous experience in fresh produce.

What you'll get

• Permanent contract.
• Working day: 40h per week.
• Schedule: M-F split shift and alternating Saturdays
