WE’RE HIRING! | Intern to Engineer Program

Job Overview

We are hiring for a structured 9-month Intern-to-Engineer Program. Selected candidates will receive hands-on technical training from Senior Engineers in CCTV, electronic surveillance, ATM systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Candidates who successfully clear the final assessment may be considered for full-time Engineer positions based on performance and approved business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Engineers with CCTV, surveillance, and ATM installation and maintenance.
  

• Learn troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  

• Perform field service activities under supervision and gradually take ownership of assigned tasks.
  

• Update service tickets, maintain reports, and follow SLA and documentation standards.
  

• Follow safety protocols, site procedures, and customer service guidelines.
  

• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.
  

Requirements

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate.
  

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
  

• Interest in electronics, CCTV, networking, ATM systems, or field service.
  

• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites within the assigned territory.
  

• Good communication, learning ability, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Willingness to work in a field-based role.
  

Program Structure

• Months 1–3: Technical training and shadowing with Senior Engineers.
  

• Months 4–6: Guided fieldwork, supervised service calls, and performance assessment.
  

• Months 7–9: Progressive independent deployment and final assessment.
  

• Career Opportunity: Eligible candidates may be converted to full-time Engineer roles after successfully completing the program and meeting company criteria.
