Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Consultation

· Greet and assist customers with inquiries related to tires and repair services

· Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions

· Clearly explain services, pricing, and estimated timelines

Sales & Service Coordination

· Provide knowledgeable support on products and services offered

· Respond to incoming service calls promptly and professionally

· Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and shop capacity

· Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely job completion

Administrative & Operational Support

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and sales

· Process invoices and payment transactions with precision

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure product availability

Qualifications:

Experience

· Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or dispatch preferred

· Knowledge of tires, automotive services, or the trucking industry is a plus

Skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

· Professional demeanor and ability to handle high-volume customer interactions

· Basic computer proficiency and comfort with sales/service software

· Valid driver’s license may be required based on job duties
