Blue Sky Physical Therapy seeks a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized individual to serve as a Front Desk Administrator, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic.
This position requires a passion for precision and a knack for leveraging technology to optimize clinic workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to creating a positive and seamless patient experience while contributing to a well-organized and effectively run clinic.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute front desk operations, ensuring consistently positive and seamless patient experience.
- Contribute to the optimization of daily clinic workflows, maintaining organized schedules and efficient processes.
- Provide expert-level customer service, proactively addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain records of patient intake paperwork, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate prior to appointments.
- Process payments with precision, managing self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurance transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Healthcare experience in providing exceptional customer service with a demonstrated passion for patient care.
- Aptitude for technology and a demonstrated ability to quickly master new systems, including scheduling and EMR software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and detail in all tasks.
- A flexible and collaborative team player with a proven ability to contribute to a highly organized and efficient work environment.
- Valid Drivers License Required
