Front Desk Agent

SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for greeting unit owners, guests and visitors. Works closely with the concierge team and property leadership to ensure 5 star luxury service.

• Demonstrates excellent customers service, communication and time management skills.
• Displays, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with residents, patrons and other employees.
• Monitors elevator Emergency Response System
• Responds to emergency situations in timely and efficient manner
• Resolve and follows-up on all complaints/issues
• Works closely with the Concierge to follow up on resident’s requests.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms
• Receives and registers all resident’s packages
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building
• Handles Porsche Design Tower Miami emergency procedures and situations with maturity and professionalism
• Performs tasks and projects as delegated by Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Property Manager, and General Manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
• Other duties instructed and required by property management
