We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to create a great first impression and deliver excellent guest service. We’re hiring for both daytime Front Desk and overnight Night Audit shifts, so there may be an opportunity that fits your schedule and strengths.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with reservations.
- Answer questions, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and protect guest information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to keep hotel operations running smoothly.
- Follow IHG brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
- Night Audit: Complete nightly financial reports, reconcile daily transactions, monitor overnight hotel activity, and assist with setting up the morning breakfast buffet as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and math skills; hotel front desk experience is a plus.
- Dependability and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, depending on the position.
