Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk Agent at the Courtyard by Marriott in Orem. Position is part-time, every other Sunday, shift is 7am-3pm. Must have flexible availability, be willing to pick up at least 2 additional shifts a month (on-call) and have hotel experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming
Performance Expectations
- Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
