Description

BE THE FIRST SMILE OF EVERY STAY.

Whether guests are in town for business, a concert, a wedding, or a weekend exploring Richmond, the first person they meet is you. You hand over the keys, share where to grab the best dinner downtown, and make every guest feel like they picked the right hotel.

Our dual-branded property puts two great Hilton hotels under one roof in the heart of downtown Richmond. You’ll learn both brands, meet people from all over, and become the go-to person for anything guests need.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE

  • Part-time that fits your life. Work around school, family, a second job, or whatever else you’ve got going on.
  • Two brands, double the experience. Learn Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites systems, a great skill set for any hospitality career.
  • Downtown energy. Work in the middle of Richmond’s restaurants, music, and city buzz, and get paid to recommend your favorite spots.
  • Every shift is different. Business travelers, families, sports teams, wedding parties. No two days are the same.
  • No front desk experience? Let’s talk. Experience is a plus, but if you’re friendly, organized, and quick on your feet, we’ll train you.
  • Room to grow. With 80+ hotels, we promote from within. Front Desk Agents have grown into Supervisors, Front Office Managers, General Managers, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and a friendly smile.
  • Make, update, and confirm reservations.
  • Answer calls and questions about hotel amenities, services, and the surrounding area.
  • Share recommendations for Richmond dining, attractions, and entertainment.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to communicate room readiness and guest requests.
  • Listen to guest concerns, help find solutions, and involve leadership when needed.
  • Protect guest privacy and follow hotel security procedures.
  • Keep the front desk organized and support your teammates across both properties.
